Making a realistic and detailed budget

Menu planning to fit the theme of the event. Nicely decorated food and dessert stations are normally a favorite amongst guests.

Finding and securing entertainment that matches the theme of the event.

Exploring Venues such as Private Homes, Private Club, Restaurants, Hotels, Lofts, Warehouses, and Tented spaces.

We can also assist with securing hotel room blocks, guest transportation, hair and make-up services for our hosts, valet services, and more!

We also assist with designing and creating the invitations for the event.

Creating an event itinerary

We will also be on-site the day of the event to ensure everything flows according to plan.
